It was fallsview - and we could see some of the fireworks in the evening. What!? Not a good start at all! Luckily, we did not have to wait until 6 pm (I think the bag guy may have had something to do with that). The guy taking our bags in - super nice! Upon getting to the counter - we were told (by a very rude and non-customer service oriented lady) that check in was not actually until 6 pm.
Find out the rush time (we got there around 3 pm). First - the valet area - what a mess! Wow! Not only is it confusing the valet employees are not the most friendly.
